Shipping & Return Policy

When will my pieces arrive? 

Your order will generally ship within 2-5 business days via USPS or UPS.  

For items shipped within the US, if you need your items quickly, please select an express shipping option at check out.  Feel free to email us prior to purchasing to ensure we can ship a certain piece in time for a last minute event.  **We are not responsible for delayed shipping due to USPS, UPS or FedEx.

 

 I ordered the wrong piece/My piece arrived, but I think another color or style will work better.  May I exchange?

Please send us an email as soon as you open your shipment.  We understand a piece may not be the perfect shape or color once you try it on.  We are happy to honor an exchange as long as the initial piece is not damaged or worn.  The tag must still be on the piece and post marked back to us within 72 hours of receipt.  Due to the nature of our items we do not accept returns, however we want you to be happy with your purchase, so please contact us if you have a problem with your order.  All sales are final on custom pieces.  Customers are responsible for additional shipping charges.

 Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally! Shipping fees depending on location and will be calculated at checkout.  We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages or customs fee’s.  Standard international shipping is 10-15 business days. 

 Where do I send a package for an exchange?

For any and all exchanges, please email us at TheHatHive@gmail.com for exchange instructions. 

 My hat arrived damaged. What do I do?

We want you to be a part of The Hive for life. For that reason, if you receive a defective or damaged product, we will issue the exchange ASAP.  Please email us at TheHatHive@gmail.com if you receive a defective or damaged piece.
