Custom Hat Order Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in a custom hat. Each piece is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted to reflect the individuality of the person wearing it. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review the guidelines below.

Design Process
Custom hats are collaborative but artist-driven. You are welcome to share inspiration photos, color preferences, and event details. However, final design decisions remain part of the creative process to ensure a cohesive and beautifully balanced piece.

Deposit
A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to begin all custom orders. This deposit secures your place in my production schedule and covers the time spent designing and sourcing materials. The deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your hat.

Consultation & Communication
Custom orders include one complimentary 10-minute FaceTime consultation (if needed) and up to 10 email communications during the design process to ensure clarity and collaboration.

Timeline
Custom pieces typically require several weeks to complete, depending on complexity and current order volume. If your hat is needed for a specific event, please share the event date when placing your order. If an expedited timeline is required and my schedule allows, a 20% rush fee will be applied to prioritize your order.

Revisions
Once a final photo of your completed hat has been shared, up to two minor modifications may be requested if needed. Major redesigns are not possible once the hat has been completed.

Final Payment
Final payment must be received within 72 hours of your custom hat being completed and the final photos being sent.

Final Sale
Because each hat is created specifically for the client, all custom orders are final sale and non-returnable.

Artistic Integrity
My work is intentionally unique. I do not aim to create pieces that appeal to everyone—each hat is designed to feel like it was meant for the person who wears it.
