I am not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address submitted on an order. If Item(s) are returned be due to an incorrect address buyer is responsible for additional postage. I cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave my studio and are dropped off at the USPS. Please purchase shipping insurance during the checkout to protect your purchase. Canadian orders usually take 7-10 days, however can take up to 20 days to receive. All other international orders can take up to 2-4 weeks for delivery. We are not responsible for any additional customs fees, lost or stolen items via international shipments. For express shipping, orders must be received before noon MST.
